Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Champion a robust safety culture across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and mentor a team of Supervisors who are knowledgeable about key performance metrics and business drivers.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly planning sessions to ensure quality assurance is upheld.
  • Participate actively in financial forecasting and budget development.
  • Implement strategies to minimize unnecessary costs, damages, and liabilities related to accidents and workers' compensation.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Monitor activities to ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
  • Investigate issues as necessary, collaborating with other departments for effective resolution.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to establish and enforce policies and administrative procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of management or supervisory experience in OSP Telecom Construction is essential.
  • Proficient technical skills with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work efficiently with meticulous attention to detail, both independently and collaboratively, while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to consult and present to financial and executive leadership.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
