We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in members, processing payments, and handling customer transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve club goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on club policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous front desk experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and personalities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems and other club software.
