The ideal candidate should possess the ability to execute independent repairs and leverage design documentation to supervise task completion. Effective daily communication with team members and operational leaders is crucial to adjust to evolving priorities and foster a constructive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Implement and oversee safety protocols, including Lock-Out Tag-Out, Hot Work Permitting, and Confined Space Entries.
  • Drive facility maintenance and infrastructure improvement projects, with a focus on landscaping and fencing enhancements.
  • Utilize CMMS software to efficiently manage preventive maintenance schedules and repair requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing maintenance teams within an industrial environment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, architectural plans, and piping diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience in pipe joining, equipment repairs, and electrical wiring across various power levels (24V DC, 110V AC, 480V AC).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AUTOCAD and experience in piping design and facility layout documentation is advantageous.
