Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Manpower Inc. in Loveland, CO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process administrative tasks via Salesforce Cases, including but not limited to processing purchase orders for renewals and new Service Partnerships, issuing invoice credits, executing Service Partnership adjustments, and building Service Partnerships.
  • Answer and return customer calls via a high-volume call queue.
  • Make necessary instrument installed base changes/updates.
  • Ensure the proper distribution of customer documentation (e.g., invoices).
  • Investigate service-related issues and escalate through the proper channels of management to resolve.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Oracle is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume call queues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Very computer literate with a strong ability to adapt to various software applications.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with customer documentation and service partnerships is a plus.
