Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to understand the needs of our customers and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial service needs.
Responsibilities:
- Forge enduring customer relationships and proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.
