Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead and motivate a team of hourly employees to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and development of hourly employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Food safety certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions

This position requires standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Supervisor must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation

The starting rate of pay for this position is $17.50 per hour.
