Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Director to lead our kitchen team at The Garfield Inn, a historic restaurant located in Port Austin. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and excellent leadership skills to motivate and train our kitchen staff. Key responsibilities include overseeing all back-of-house operations, managing inventory control, scheduling, and financial duties.

A strong ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and analyze financial data is essential. Our ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience.
