- Strategic Planning: Assist the local sales force in crafting and pursuing strategies for power, thermal, battery, and application engineering offerings.
- Market Intelligence: Keep clients and colleagues abreast of the latest products and technological advancements.
- Supplier Partnerships: Champion Sager Custom Solutions and its suppliers by securing power supply and battery design wins.
- Market Development: Foster relationships with local rep groups, manufacturers, and regional sales teams to amplify our market presence.
- Opportunity Tracking: Track market trends and customer interactions meticulously through our opportunity tracking system.
- Technical Training: Participate in technical training sessions hosted by our suppliers and service centers.
- Sales Growth Planning: Contribute to the formulation of sales growth plans for assigned customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in design engineering is preferred.
- Track Record: A minimum of two years' successful track record in promoting and selling power, thermal, and/or battery products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills coupled with a knack for listening and providing tailored solutions.
