Appointment Coordinator

The Appointment Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our sales efforts by establishing connections with prospective customers in a call center environment. Communication with prospective customers is exclusively through a high volume of telephone interactions with a goal to schedule appointments for our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a minimum standard of outbound interactions to engage prospective customers
- Approach each interaction with a goal to transfer or schedule an appointment for customers to visit the dealership
- Respond to sales inquiries in a prompt and timely manner, and make any follow-up interactions to unsold customers
- Adhere to lead management plan guidelines for each lead in your database
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with customers through various channels
- Accurately record interactions with each prospective customer in our database
- Other reasonable duties as may be requested
Requirements:
- 1-2 years customer service experience in an outbound calling environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Prior phone experience, required
- General knowledge of the automotive industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual, preferred
