Required Skills
- Over 3 years of experience with Tableau CRM/Einstein/Wave Analytics in the context of Salesforce
- At least 5 years of expertise in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence utilizing any Self-Service BI Tool, preferably Tableau
- Minimum of 5 years working with SQL
- 3+ years of experience with JSON/SAQL/SOQL and XML
- 3 years of experience in any Salesforce CRM application process (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud experience is not mandatory)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend CRM functional requirements and develop TCRM technical solutions.
- Design and implement data flows, recipes, and intricate dashboards.
- Formulate complex SAQL queries within TCRM
- Build, maintain, and migrate TCRM assets within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Design and develop large-scale enterprise BI & Analytics applications.
- Additional responsibilities include documenting business requirements, creating data models, and designing comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Exhibit a consultative approach and foster strong relationships with clients and team members, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
- Conduct routine data analysis, validation, and mapping activities.
- Deliver client outputs for the Salesforce platform, including detailed design documentation, unit test plans, and well-structured code.
- Provide guidance on best practices to the team to facilitate knowledge sharing and learning.
