Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Perform regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Design and implement effective safety programs to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our EHS team, operations team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of safety initiatives.
  • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training sessions and provide guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Manage Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA 1910 standards.
  • Facilitate Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure a swift and effective response to incidents.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in a Relevant Field: Bachelor's degree in a health, safety, environmental, or engineering field is preferred.
  • 3+ Years of Safety Experience: Proven experience in safety management, including practical application of OSHA 1910 standards and regulations.
  • 2 Years of Microsoft Office Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
