Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Join our team as a Technical Coordinator at AEG, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical theatre needs of our clients are met. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for events held in our venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and implement technical systems, including lighting, sound, and rigging, to ensure safe and successful events.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of technical services.
  • Supervise and train technical staff to ensure high-quality event execution.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in event operations and technical services, with a focus on theatre and live events.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects and teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and building safety requirements, as well as experience with powered lift trucks and other service-related vehicles.
