Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing duties as the Electronic Warfare (EW) Lifecycle Sustainment Manager (LCSM). This role requires close collaboration with Customers, Government personnel, Suppliers, Purchasing, and other Lockheed Martin functional departments to establish, facilitate, and coordinate sustainment support for the Customer's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement various elements of LCSM actions implemented through the Supply Support Activity for equipment initial issue, spares, repairs, parts, kitting, storage, contracts, and disposal utilizing a government automation system.
  • Develop recommendations for stock, track, and report usage, analyze, and recommend adjustments.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and training to the team, oversee entire EW operations as the SME, and directly impact the success of the program.
  • Prepare and present briefings, prepare budgets, and track costs, prepare subcontractor Statements of Work, monitor subcontractor performance, and travel to various locations.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and provide recommendations to continually improve the program.
Requirements
  • Must be familiar with the elements of LCSM.
  • Must have working knowledge of electronic components & assemblies, computer equipment, and RF communications equipment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to take direction from multiple sources.
  • Must be able to prepare and present briefings to small and large groups.
  • Must be able to work as a team.
  • Must be able to support frequent travel.

  • Familiar with preparing budgets, tracking costs, and analyzing trends.
