At National Youth Advocate Program, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinician to join our team. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed services to children and youth in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and group counseling services to children and youth
- Screen for trauma, human trafficking, and crisis intervention services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a therapeutic and emotionally healing environment
- Establish treatment goals and assist in the implementation of individualized service plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work or related field
- Licensed based on state requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
