**Job Summary**

Signature Graphics, a leading commercial printer and graphic design business, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining excellent customer relations and supporting production by acting as a liaison between production and customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supports production by acting as a liaison between production and customers
  • Contacts and interacts with customers on a daily basis to ensure excellent customer relations
  • Translates customer job specifications into production department instructions
  • Invoices accounts and gathers specifications for job bids
  • Manages key accounts and enters orders
  • Defines production job specifications from Prepress through Shipping
  • Analyzes data, production coordination, and account reconciliation

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2 years combined education or experience working in printing/graphic arts industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • An understanding of the printing production processes from design through delivery
  • Familiarity with printing MIS (such as Monarch, Prograph, Hagen, Logic, and Pace)
  • Able to read, speak and hear clearly
  • Able to speak, read and write effectively in English

**Work Environment:**

The majority of work is performed in a temperature-controlled, office environment, with occasional walks through the production plant, which can be noisy.
