Join Our Team as a Behavior Support Specialist

At Soar Autism Center, we are committed to improving the lives of children on the autism spectrum. As we work towards developing an innovative model of care, the role of the Behavior Support Specialist is essential.

Through our tailored approach, we empower children, helping them reach their fullest potential. Our techniques are rooted in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our facility, maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Implement intervention strategies designed by our qualified BCBAs, ensuring adherence to ABA therapy principles.
  • Build relationships with families, regularly updating them on their child's development within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in continuous training and professional development, staying informed about advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
  • Preferred qualifications include degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training).
  • Previous experience with children and a passion for working with them.
  • All staff members are reviewed every three months for potential raises or promotions.
