Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic methods.
  • Implement intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer and tablet literacy.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as the ability to meet specific physical demands of the job.
  • Preference for college graduates or individuals pursuing a college degree.
