Position Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing the check-in and check-out processes for our guests. This includes confirming guests' registration details, processing payments, issuing room keys, and guiding guests to their accommodations.

- Issuing receipts to guests upon check-out.
- Ensuring the safety and security of all guests during their stay.
- Maintaining guest reservations in compliance with credit card security protocols.
- Balancing and accurately accounting for the cash drawer at the front desk for each shift.
- Documenting any necessary minor repairs or replacements of room furnishings and equipment.
- Greeting and acknowledging guests in all areas of the hotel.
- Responding promptly to guests' requests for immediate repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Physical capability to kneel, reach, crawl, and twist as required to perform job duties.
