Position Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing the check-in and check-out processes for our guests. This includes confirming guests' registration details, processing payments, issuing room keys, and guiding guests to their accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling accommodation reservations from guests.
  • Collecting details from all arriving guests, including payment information.
  • Assigning rooms to guests based on their reservations.
  • Providing guests with information regarding hotel procedures, policies, and amenities.
  • Offering tourism information to enhance guests' experiences.
  • Issuing receipts to guests upon check-out.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of all guests during their stay.
  • Maintaining guest reservations in compliance with credit card security protocols.
  • Balancing and accurately accounting for the cash drawer at the front desk for each shift.
  • Documenting any necessary minor repairs or replacements of room furnishings and equipment.
  • Greeting and acknowledging guests in all areas of the hotel.
  • Responding promptly to guests' requests for immediate repairs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Physical capability to kneel, reach, crawl, and twist as required to perform job duties.
