Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process member transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and other financial services.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve member issues and provide solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services, seeking answers to member questions and providing recommendations to meet their financial needs.
  • Meet annual sales goals, promoting Triangle Credit Union products and services to members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including backup responsibilities for various processes.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of similar or related experience, preferably in a Contact Center environment.
  • Previous member/customer service experience, with a focus on financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform other physical requirements of the job.
