Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the estimation and scheduling processes during both preconstruction and construction phases.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and specifications utilizing ProCore software.
  • Review and analyze contracts, submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Manage and track RFIs, contracts, and purchase orders within ProCore.
  • Document meetings, monitor compliance notices, and uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager with financial responsibilities, including Pay Applications and Change Orders.
  • Facilitate timely project closure and financial reconciliation.
