- Job Overview: As a Project Manager at Dexian, you will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating meetings, including agenda and minutes preparation as directed by the Department. This will involve identifying issues and action items, drafting use cases, process maps, and standard operating procedures, and developing project plans.
- Key Responsibilities: Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization as assigned by the Department. Perform needs analysis, analyze business processes, develop process maps, and assist team members as assigned by the Department. Draft functional and technical specifications as assigned by the Department. Develop test cases, test plans, and conduct UAT as assigned by the Department.
- Requirements: A minimum of two years of project management experience. Must be a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). A minimum of two years of experience communicating project updates both orally and in written form with technical staff, executive management, and user staff. A minimum of two years of experience with facilitating current state or application analysis sessions and documenting applications through use case process documents and workflow diagrams.
- Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience with creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team. A minimum of two years of experience tracking work tasks and maintaining project schedules (including work breakdown structures). A minimum of two years of experience with risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking.
