Job Title: Facilities Manager

Management & Engineering Technologies International, Inc. is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections of buildings and grounds to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Manage the submission, approval, and closure of facilities service tickets in the Service Now maintenance software.
  • Generate and submit work order requests for routine, urgent, and emergency service calls.
  • Facilitate building access and provide escort services for NAVFAC technicians and commercial vendors.
  • Develop schedules and track facilities-related action items until resolution.
  • Provide assistance and support to local NBVC emergency response personnel as needed.
  • Conduct market research and assist with data entry for the procurement of goods and services required to support assigned service calls and projects.
  • Maintain documentation for facilities building representatives, including building maps, Fire Evacuation Plans, inspection results, project schedules, and briefs.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in periodic departmental facilities update reviews and informational meetings.
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance and have the ability to maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Corporate Business Functions.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
