Job Description: Diesel Engine Technician

 

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards.

Aerotek is hiring a skilled Diesel Engine Technician to work at our client's location at Dulles International Airport. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medium-duty trucks, focusing on diesel engine performance, air brakes, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform routine checks on vehicles, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.

About the Role:

This contract-to-hire position offers an opportunity to work with a reputable company, Aerotek, and contribute to the success of their clients. The role is fully on-site, and shift hours are 2PM-10:30PM, with training provided from 6AM-2:30PM until comfortable.
