Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team at Thrive. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for leading financial statement preparation and analysis for a portfolio of clients. Your expertise in tax planning and compliance services, including corporate and individual tax returns, will be invaluable to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial statement preparation and analysis for a portfolio of clients
  • Provide tax planning and compliance services, including corporate and individual tax returns
  • Offer strategic financial guidance and consulting to clients
  • Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to address financial challenges and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant designation (CPA) OR Enrolled Agent (EA) certification mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years or more of CORPORATE (1120S or 1065 partnership) tax experience
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
