Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at WESCO International. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries by telephone, email, and/or walk-ins to provide inquiry or problem resolution.

You will resolve mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
