Job Title: Client Care SpecialistJob Summary:

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, reminders, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, and communicating with patients and insurance companies.
  • Disseminate information to patients and act as a liaison between patients, FYZICAL clinical staff, and referring physicians.
  • File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, verification of benefits, and explanation of coverage.
  • Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
  • Collect and manage all payments, insurance verification, and explanation of benefits communication.
  • Maintain knowledge of various insurance plans and networks, ensuring accurate and efficient claims processing.
  • Utilize WebPT for patient scheduling and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
