Job Title: Lead Audio Visual Field Technician

EOS USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Audio Visual Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our AV team, you will be responsible for leading the installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products, as well as leading a team of AV Technicians on installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products
  • Lead a team of AV Technicians on installation projects
  • Configure endpoints and infrastructure
  • Prepare room audits to ensure technology is working at optimum level
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and room are ready for use
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Complete post-installation assessments
  • Perform on-site user acceptance testing
  • Install software upgrades
  • Act as a point of escalation for technical issues
  • Work with the EOS team to provide AV solutions and services on-site
Requirements:
  • Experience leading teams of AV Technicians or Engineers
  • Experience terminating, configuring, and programming AV equipment
  • Ability to read and understand plans to ensure accurate installation
  • Experience working on AV/VC integrations
  • Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Technical Skills:
  • Control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron)
  • Audio systems (BIAMP, QSC, POLYCOM)
  • Video systems (Cisco, Polycom)
