Position Overview

Role Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager to spearhead and oversee iterative product development initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will manage multiple agile teams, which may include both local and remote members, fostering effective collaboration and communication. This position encompasses comprehensive planning, cross-departmental coordination, stakeholder interaction, risk management, budget oversight, and expertise in project management software such as JIRA. The IT Project Manager will leverage exceptional communication and leadership abilities to maintain project momentum and encourage ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage iterative product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Supervise multiple agile teams, including those that are geographically dispersed, to promote effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct overall planning, cross-departmental coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Establish and uphold formal controls to manage and monitor project budget, scope, quality, schedule, and risks.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies; ensure timely and accurate updates on project plans and status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS and Snowflake.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and program strategy.
  • Proficiency in project management tools including JIRA.
  • Certifications such as PMP and Scrum Master are advantageous.
