We are currently looking for committed Electronics Assembly Technicians to become part of our client's workforce, a prominent player in the electronics sector.
In the role of Electronics Assembly Technician, you will be integral to the production process, guaranteeing the quality and dependability of our client's electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble electronic components, parts, and subassemblies following technical diagrams, schematics, and operational instructions.
2. Execute mechanical assembly tasks, including mounting circuit boards, connecting connectors, and creating wiring harnesses.
3. Conduct functionality and performance tests on assembled units using various tools and equipment.
4. Identify and resolve assembly challenges, such as misaligned components, defective parts, and wiring discrepancies, taking corrective measures as necessary.
5. Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer expectations.6. Maintain precise records of production activities, including component usage, assembly durations, and testing outcomes.
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and deadlines.
8. Adhere to established procedures and safety protocols to foster a safe and efficient working environment.
9. Assist with additional manufacturing tasks and projects as required.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Required Skills:
- Certification or training in electronics assembly or a related discipline.
- Experience with surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole assembly methods.
- Familiarity with IPC standards for electronics assembly.
Educational Background:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- 0-1 years in a similar role.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Electronics Assembler, Electronics Technician, or in a comparable position within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of electronic components, circuitry, and assembly techniques.
- Capability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- A solid work ethic and reliability.
