Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend industry trade shows and events, set up booths, and represent our company professionally. Conduct product demos and engage with prospective customers to showcase the value of our lending platform.
  • Demonstrate our product's features and benefits to potential clients, tailoring presentations to the needs of different audiences, and addressing questions effectively.
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. This includes planning and coordinating on-site events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns that promote our product, events, and industry insights. Create engaging content, interact with followers, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collect feedback from demos, events, and interactions to provide insights to the product and sales teams for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to help refine our messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities and campaigns, providing regular updates to the marketing and sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, field marketing, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for fintech and technology.
  • Comfortable with travel and attending events as needed.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in executing social media campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
