Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

MCI Careers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately
