Grantee Specialist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Grantee Specialist Manager to join our team at STGi. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program design and management, with experience in providing technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start programs.
The Grantee Specialist Manager will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive system of quality assurance for training and technical assistance, as well as providing ongoing supervision and coaching to Grantee Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in the field, with at least three years of experience in providing technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start programs.
The Grantee Specialist Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing professional development for Grantee Specialists, as well as communicating with Regional Office staff to ensure coordinated support and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive system of quality assurance for training and technical assistance
- Provide ongoing supervision and coaching to Grantee Specialists
- Develop and implement professional development for Grantee Specialists
- Communicate with Regional Office staff to ensure coordinated support and messaging
- Work in partnership with federal Program Specialists to deliver high-quality technical assistance services
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BA or BS degree in a related field
- Minimum of seven years of experience in the field, with at least three years of experience in providing technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start programs
- Demonstrated experience coaching staff
- Demonstrated ability to review, aggregate, analyze, and create relevant data reports from multiple sources
- Demonstrated experience implementing quality assurance systems that improved the provision of client services
