About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Prior Authorization LPN to join our team at Baptist Health. As a Prior Authorization LPN, you will work closely with payers to ensure that they are prepared to reimburse Baptist Health for scheduled services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Request service authorization from payers.
  2. Collect financial and/or demographic information from patients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills, knowledgeable in medical terminology and health care insurance processes, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
