We are seeking an experienced Authorization and Revenue Specialist to join our team at EngageMED, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient care by obtaining prior insurance approvals, managing denials, and optimizing revenue functions.

As a key member of our team, you will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and database management will enable you to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinic referral and scheduling processes, as well as billing/authorization requirements. You will also have knowledge of federal and state pay requirements, including Medicare, DSHS, HMO/PPO Contracts. With your expertise, you will provide top-notch support to patients, providers, and facilities, promoting financial stability and high-quality care.
