Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server Associate to join our Dining Services team at Brookdale Highlands. As a Server Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents and guests have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities
  • Interact with senior residents and guests, taking and delivering food orders in a timely manner while following company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, assist with bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, and restock inventory as needed.
  • Perform side work duties as assigned to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
