Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at our 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital in Kirkland. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and leadership.

About the Role
  • Manage a manageable caseload of adult inpatients, with approximately 15-18 total encounters per day.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Participate in initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and patient discharges.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $330,000-$390,000, commensurate with experience.
  • A robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, and malpractice insurance.
  • 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
  • 5 paid days for Continuing Medical Education (CME) + reimbursable expenses.
