Seeks a skilled adult inpatient psychiatrist to join Fairfax Behavioral Health s dynamic team at our Kirkland campus. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.

As a leading provider of comprehensive mental health and co-occurring addiction treatment services, we strive to deliver top-quality patient care through our continuum of care.
- Kirkland Campus: Our 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offers a full range of acute inpatient services for adolescents and adults.
- Everett Campus: We also offer adult psychiatric services at Providence Medical Center s Pacific Campus.
- Monroe Campus: Our 34-bed facility at Evergreen Health in Monroe provides additional resources for patients in need.
We prioritize patient recovery, offering a supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term sobriety and improved mental health. Our experienced team works collaboratively to provide individualized care, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage adult inpatient caseloads, ensuring timely and effective treatment plans.
- Lead initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the complex needs of patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless transitions and continuity of care.

What We Offer:- Competitive salary range $330,000 - $390,000
