About the Role

The Aquatics Experience Lead is a key member of our team at DiVentures, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating positive relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate aquatic programming, including scheduling of staff and resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting families, following up on absent students, and showcasing knowledge of DiVentures offerings and swim enrollment.
  • Execute the Swim Passport program at their location, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and families, providing expert knowledge of DiVentures programming and offerings.
  • Train and develop Swim Greeters, Swim Teachers, and Deck Managers to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

  • JackRabbit Training (position specific)
  • Active SSI Swim Teacher Certification for all levels
  • Deck Manager Certified
  • Lifeguard Certified
  • Certified Pool Operator
  • Swim Product Knowledge Training
