Role Overview
The Aquatics Program Supervisor plays a vital role in enhancing the DiVentures experience by fostering positive interactions and lasting connections with our clientele through attentive and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of aquatic programs, including the scheduling of Swim Instructors, Deck Managers, and Lifeguards.
- Ensure excellent customer service by welcoming families, addressing inquiries about absences, and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of DiVentures offerings and swim enrollment processes.
- Act as the primary liaison for parents and families, providing information and support in person, over the phone, and via email.

Training and Development
The Aquatics Program Supervisor is expected to have a thorough understanding of all DiVentures programming, enabling them to train Swim Greeters, Swim Instructors, and Deck Managers effectively.

- Swim Product Knowledge Training
