Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Progressive Care Specialist to join our team at Farmington Hills Hospital. As a member of our progressive care unit, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, utilizing the framework of the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, incorporating patient-family centered care principles.
  • Partner with patients and families to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Document education and learning appropriately in the health record.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
  • Associates in Nursing Required
  • Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required upon hire
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months
