Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled RN to join our Progressive Care team at Farmington Hills Hospital. As a RN, you will utilize the nursing process to provide patient-centered care, assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients. You will work under the direction of the Nurse Leader and partner with patients and families to develop teaching strategies and achieve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide quality patient care according to Corewell Health policies and procedures
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and families
- Document education and learning in patient records
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 5 years
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months
- Specialty certification highly recommended within 2 years
