Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care team at Farmington Hills Hospital. As a RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support the growth and development of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
- 1 year of experience as an RN in the ICU or Progressive Care unit
