Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team in Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Enhance team performance through strategic coaching and development initiatives.
- Uphold Scrum principles and practices, fostering self-organization and effective communication within the team.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and support project teams.
- Address team impediments in collaboration with fellow Scrum Masters to optimize Scrum execution.
- Contribute to the advancement of Agile practices across the organization.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Lead Agile teams engaged in Business as Usual (BAU) activities and departmental projects.
- Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business needs.
