Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead our project management office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and commercial banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepares and implements project plans to manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects.
* Manages work streams, prepares status reports, and interfaces with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are aligned with defined objectives.
* Coordinates and communicates the activities of project personnel with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress within time and budget constraints.
* Leads status meetings, daily stand-ups, and working sessions related to the project, tracks actions, and follow-up items.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
* Commercial banking experience is highly desirable.
