Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Recreation Program Manager to join our team at Los Gatos Community. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising recreation activities at our community daycare facility.

About the Role:
Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality recreation programs that meet the needs of our community. This includes developing and implementing new program ideas, managing budgets, and supervising staff. You will also work closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new recreation programs and services that meet the needs of our community.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Collaborate with the Site Supervisor to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recreation or a related field.
  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
