Job Overview

The Content Marketing Manager role at Abnormal Security involves distilling complex technical information into clear and engaging content. You will create consideration-level white papers, blog posts, and other educational materials to support our customers' understanding of email security.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy focused on solutions available to solve problems discussed in awareness-level content.
  • Create a content calendar with at least one major asset and an average of 2-3 blog posts each month.
  • Analyze internal data and external industry reports to drive content creation.
  • Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to inform content pieces.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, industry trends, and advancements in email security technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Partner with customer marketing, partner marketing, and sales enablement to provide content support.
  • Measure content effectiveness and improve performance.
  • Orient new and existing content for search engines and promote across owned platforms.
