As a Sales Consultant at Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Premium Partner, you will engage with customers and provide outstanding service by promoting T-Mobile products and services to both existing and prospective clients.

Your role will involve establishing a personal rapport, identifying and understanding customer needs, assisting in their purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication.

Key Responsibilities:


This is a developmental role where new associates collaborate with their team to build skills and prepare for advancement as Mobile Representatives.

Successful completion of new employee training is required.


Maximize your time during shifts by actively seeking information between customer interactions and staying informed about advancements in wireless technology.


Develop expertise in serving and selling T-Mobile products to customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience by:Assisting customers in resuming their shopping journey through consultative selling and services.

Identifying individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology available in-store.

Guiding customers through their purchasing journey with insightful questions, informative responses, and sharing your knowledge.

Addressing service and sales needs with care, patience, honesty, and empathy.

Achieving a balance between customer service excellence and performance targets.

Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Required. Previous experience in hospitality, retail sales, or customer service (previous experience in wireless retail sales is preferred).

Basic math skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Knowledge of wireless industry standards and technology is preferred.

Exhibits a positive, supportive, and cooperative attitude.


A team player who collaborates with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.

Ability to effectively balance customer needs with performance goals.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pass a pre-employment background check (qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with all applicable laws).

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Spanish Bilingual Preferred.
