Responsibilities:
  • Grow and manage the Valuation Consulting practice by developing an area of expertise

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics required; MBA or Master's in Business Valuations preferred
  • CPA, CFA, or ASA designation preferred
  • Minimum of 13 years of related experience in a complex organization required, including team leadership and fostering an inclusive culture
  • Prior success in leading business development, project delivery, and practice development activities required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
  • Exceptional client service skills; experience serving mid-market clients preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize multiple client engagements and priorities
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 30%

Compensation Range: Washington State: $207,000 - $408,000; California State: $222,000 - $425,000; Colorado State: $207,000 - $388,000
