Job Title: Office Manager

Uncommon Schools NYC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school, providing exceptional support to our students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, including student attendance, enrollment, and records management.
  • Manage communication with students, families, and staff, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries.
  • Develop and implement systems to maintain accurate student information and files.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for school events and activities.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of school operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
