Job Title: Office Manager

UHY LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office services, including correspondence, filing systems, and supply requisitions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new systems
  • Develop and maintain a facility management program, including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
  • Oversee administrative duties, including staff evaluations and performance management
  • Coordinate with IT department personnel on office equipment and vendor relationships
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Bachelor's degree in business or administration
  • Expert level of knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
